We have decided to try something new at our King’s Wharf location.  Tonight we will be featuring some live music with the talented Michael Haley.  The vibe will be dark and cozy with candles and an acoustic set.  Show starts at 8pm.  Parking is free in our gated lot.  The entrance code this week is 1014.  There is also free street parking daily after 6 pm.  Come down and enjoy the beauty of live music and a few cocktails.  Kitchen will be open until 10pm.

Given the positive feedback we have received about this show, we are rolling right ahead with another one.  Next Thursday October 27th we will feature another local artist for an acoustic set from 8:00 to 11:00.  Brooklyn Blackmore is an award winning Canadian singer and songwriter.  She reflects influences of Stevie Nicks and Miley Cyrus and delivers powerful melodies with a vintage feel.  Come early to get a seat or call 902-404-8053 to book a table.

After missing out on a whole year of Holiday Parties and Weddings we are thrilled to be able to welcome back these important events.  It’s time to come together again and celebrate these milestones at the Millstone!

We are now taking bookings for Holiday parties and weddings from 10 – 130 people.  Each Millstone location has its own unique opportunities to host these groups.

The Millstone on Baker Drive has a private back room that can accommodate 25 people , the dining room can accommodate up to 50 guests or the whole restaurant can be booked for a private function of up to 100 guests.

Our Bedford location has two sides that can be booked for up to 45 people or the whole space for 90 people.

The Millstone Public House at King’s Wharf, the largest of the three locations, has multiple areas that can be rented out for groups or the entire space can be booked for a private function up to 130 guests.   We have taken down some walls and opened things up.  Not only does this provide incredible ocean views and stunning natural light, but also adds the opportunity for a small dance floor.

It was our first time participating in Burger Week and we are really pleased to have taken the plunge.  It was an incredible ten days of new faces, regular customers and delicious burgers all for a great cause.  Through the dedication and hard work of our team and the wonderful support of our customers we are happy to announce we will be making a huge donation to Feed Nova Scotia. With 2,769 burgers sold and $2.00 donated per burger that cheque will be a whopping $5,538!
